This Privacy Policy explains how Tolveet LLC (“Tolveet”, “we”) handles information when you use our products and services, including the Load Volume Scanner, Smart Kiosk, and TolveetManager (the “System”). By using our services, you agree to this Policy.

What we collect

• Account & contact — name, company, role, email, phone, billing/shipping.
• Operational data — scanner/kiosk events, timestamps, device IDs, RFID/LPR/QR linkages, measurement metadata.
• Technical data — IP, device/browser, cookies, diagnostics, logs.
• Media (optional) — ticket photos, uploaded images/3D Models/videos/documents.

How we use it

• Provide, secure, and improve the System (dashboards, API, OTA updates, support).
• Generate auditable records (e.g., volumetric measurements, tickets) and analytics.
• Communicate service notices and respond to requests.
• Comply with law and enforce agreements.

Data ownership & roles

As between you and Tolveet, you own all data captured or provided via the System (“Customer Data”). For personal data within Customer Data, you are the controller/business and Tolveet acts as processor/service provider.

License to operate the service

You grant Tolveet a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and use Customer Data solely to operate, support, secure, and improve the System.

Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We share data with vetted subprocessors (hosting, analytics, communications, payments) under contractual safeguards, or disclose when required by law or to protect rights/safety.

Model improvement (optional)

Tolveet may use de-identified/anonymized Customer Data to train and evaluate detection/segmentation/measurement models. No re-identification. You may opt out at any time (may impact accuracy gains). Contact us or use the admin console.

Retention & deletion

We retain data only as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, and troubleshooting. On request, we will provide a reasonable export and delete active-system copies within 30 days, subject to lawful retention requirements.

Security

We apply technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, logging). No method is 100{}ecure; please use strong credentials and notify us of suspected misuse.

Cookies

We use cookies for functionality, analytics, and security. You can manage cookies in your browser; some features may not function without them.

International transfers

We may process data in the United States and other countries using lawful transfer mechanisms (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, and object/restrict certain processing. You can also opt out of non-essential communications.
